In honor of 747 Warehouse St, the two-day festival of creativity and basketball culture held in Los Angeles by Adidas, Y-3 revealed their latest collaboration starring Houston Rockets standout James Harden envisioned by Yohji Yamamoto.
Influenced by the Botan flower the collection is comprised of oversized knitwear, outerwear, cropped trousers, accessories and the Y-3 BYW BBALL shoe. Known as the “King of Flowers” the Botan evokes bravery, nobility, honor, respect, and good fortune and Harden embodies all of the same qualities and more. An all-black theme, with the Botan flower as a “logo,” makes the collection versatile and modern for streetwear enthusiasts and those wanting to punch up their wardrobe with an athleisure piece or two.
This six-piece capsule collection will be available in April globally.
