Actor Aziz Ansari  is a leading man for the latest Mr Porter’s The Journal spread. 

Known for his role as Tom Haverford in Parks and Recreation, actor Aziz Ansari is the sole subject of Mr Porter’s latest style spread. Shot by Blair Getz Mezibov and styled by Mr Porter ‘s Deputy Style Director Olie Arnold, the star of Netflix’s latest show, Master of None, stunts in tailored overcoats and sharp blazers from the likes of Saint Laurent, Berluti and Hardy Amies on the mean streets of New York City.

In a brief excerpt, Aziz  talks wearing his own clothes in Master of None:

“I just wore my own clothes. But people have been asking me on Twitter where I got such and such a jacket from and I can’t tell them it’s Saint Laurent because my character is supposed to be a struggling actor! There’s no way he could afford a Saint Laurent shearling jacket.”
